Lansdowne Place Luxury Scheme Launches
A new exciting development at Lansdowne Place, Ballsbridge Dublin 4 has been unveiled with a temporary marketing suite, giving a taste of what's to come. Setting a new standard in high end luxury where two-beds start from €900,000.
The luxury housing scheme by Chartered Land promises a luxury finish not seen in Ireland since the boom. When complete, Lansdowne Place, on the site of the former Berkeley Court Hotel, will house 215 apartments in a pavilion-style development with swish London interiors firm Goddard Littlefair promising a high-end, hotel finish. The bespoke kitchens and wardrobes beautifully handmade by O’Connors in Drumleck, Co Louth alongside Miller Brothers worktops.
The Berkeley Court Marketing Suite kitchen has been done with Silestone Calacatta Gold from the new Eternal Range whilst the Penthouse kitchen worktop is exclusive solid 50mm Pietra Grey Marble. Bathroom materials supplied and fitted by Miller Brothers included Statuarietto Marble, Nero Marquina Marble and Fior Di Bosco Mable.
